If design, timeline and price meets your expectations we schedule an In-Home Design Confirmation.
Step 2
In-Home design confirmation
We will layout visual markers so you can get a true feel for the size, vertical post locations, and electrical fixture locations. We make any additional adjustments needed.
While on site we give you a detailed line by line final estimate, discuss any HOA and permit requests and let you know our delivery of materials and install availability.
Step 3
E-Sign the contract
To approve the estimate, you simply sign digitally on your phone, tablet or computer.
At this time you’ll be asked to pay a 10% deposit.
Step 4
Material Assembly and Delivery
Our team will assemble your materials the following day (Depending on your timeline)
Step 5
Installation
Our install team will install your new patio cover. Most patio covers take 1–2 days to install.
Step 6
Pay final balance
Make your payment using any of our convenient payment methods.
Step 7
